Some multimedia files within the eLibrary products require plug-ins
to work properly. Please ensure that the following plug-ins are installed,
and their respective ports are open (not being blocked by a firewall).
- Windows Media Player - port 1755
- Real Player - port 554 and 7070
- Macromedia Flash
- Macromedia Shockwave - port 1626
- QuickTime 5+ - port 554 and 7070
Please check with your router/firewall manufacturer or network admin
for configuration of these ports.
