CultureGrams has an IP check tool which will provide the ip address of the workstation you are accessing CultureGrams from.  Please cleck here.    If you are having problems connecting to CultureGrams via your IP address, please provide this information to Customer Service and they will check your account to ensure it is set up correctly.
