Matt Dunie joins Cambridge Information Group Advisory Board after successful ProQuest/CSA merger
ANN ARBOR, Mich., October 23, 2007 -- ProQuest CEO Marty Kahn announced today that Matt Dunie plans to leave his role as president, after twelve years with CSA and then ProQuest. Mr. Dunie was president of Bethesda, Maryland based CSA at the time of its merger with ProQuest Information and Learning earlier this year.

Mr. Dunie will remain an integral contributor to Cambridge Information Group (CIG), parent of ProQuest.  He will join its Advisory Board and will serve on the RefWorks Management Board beginning January 1, 2008.  He will also lead various special projects for ProQuest and other CIG companies.  His new role will allow him to spend more time with his wife, Elaine, and their three young children.

Under Mr. Dunie's leadership, CSA grew and prospered.    The company won numerous awards, completed more than a dozen acquisitions and fostered a spirit of innovation that remains a key characteristic of ProQuest.

"Matt's creativity and business acumen were key drivers to building CSA's success, ultimately creating a great match with ProQuest Information and Learning," said Andy Snyder, President of Cambridge Information Group.  "His leadership during the integration process has helped ensure a solid beginning for the new ProQuest."

Mr. Dunie said, "I especially want to thank the Snyder family and the folks at Cambridge Information Group for all the support they have provided over the years - they have always been receptive to new ideas for running the businesses.  As a result, we became known as a great company by our customers and colleagues in the industry."

Marty Kahn continues as CEO of ProQuest.
