ANN ARBOR, Mich., JULY 9, 2004 - ProQuest Information and Learning has acquired Seattle-based Serials Solutions, Inc., a leading provider of e-journal management and linking services. ProQuest Information and Learning, a unit of ProQuest Company, creates and publishes databases for libraries and educational institutions worldwide. Serials Solutions’ products and services—Article Linker, Journal Linker, an advanced A-Z title list service, and MARC records delivery—provide e-journal management and access solutions for academic, public, government, and corporate libraries around the world.
